The Masterclass Industrial Design Engineering is a postgraduate program for our best alumni in Industrial (product) Design in collaboration with the industry.
In this exclusive 10-month program, financed by the participating companies, IDC selects its’ most promising product designers to work within your company on your innovation project(s).
The Masterclass is a unique combination of working and studying:
While working on challenging design projects in a company, the masterclass students gets weekly management classes and personal coaching of external consultants. Resulting in both personal and professional growth. In this way, graduates can prove their worth to the industry!

80% WORKING
Based on the wishes and needs of the company, 1 or 2 masterclass students work on your (circular) innovation projects related to research, development and design of products and/ or services. The selected masterclass student works 4 out of 5 days on your design challenges.
20% STUDYING
One day in the week is reserved for personal growth, coaching and management classes by external consultants in:

SELECTION of CANDIDATES
